Today we learned about and read...
Ask me why Polar Bears are tough (they live through very cold winters).
Ask me where most Polar Bears live... in Canada.
We searched for the letter Bb around our room.
Ask me what sound B makes!
We drew snowflakes and labelled that they have... how many sides? (6!)
We read...
Ask me what happened first in the story...
...the little old lady and man made a gingerbread man and he ran away.
Ask me what happened next...
...he ran past a butcher, a cow and a pig.
Ask me what happened then...
...he stopped to talk to a fox.
Ask me what happened last...
...the fox ate the gingerbread man!
After lunch we read and sang along to..
Ask me to name these animals..
beaver moose caribou
This week and next week we have a guest Dance Teacher from SoundKreations.
We read this book again...
Ask me who was being generous?
(The hen because she shared her pizza)
