Today we welcomed a visitor, Mrs. T who taught us journal writing.
What do we do first... write our name.
What do we do next... draw a picture.
What do we do then... write about our picture!
Draw lines for each word.
What do we do last... sound out words we know.
Knee to knee sharing before we start to write.
Sharing our writing with friends.
Our puzzling Kindergarteners!
We are proud of our work.
Mrs. Reimer read us...

Ask me what the gift was... love, friendship and spending time together.
We did an experiment with Room 8!

Ask me what density means... it means thickness.
What ingredients did we use?Ask me to explain what happened at each step.
We squeezed and poured the honey in the jar.
We poured the milk in the jar.
We squeezed the dish soap in the jar.
We dropped the blue water in the jar. We poured the oil in the jar.
What can we observe about the oil... there are bubbles on top.
We dropped in the red rubbing alcohol.
Which is more dense, honey or milk?
Ask me how I know... (the honey stays on the bottom)
Which is more dense, soap or water?
Ask me how I know... (the water stays on top of the soap)
Have a wonderful weekend!
Miss Anderson
