Tuesday, May 12

Today we read a book for U.
Ask me to point to the letter U.
A toucan's mouth is called a... beak or bill.
A toucan's beak is... colourful and long.
This animal is called a kinkajou.
What other animals does it look like?

This animal is called a quetzal.
Imran noticed it rhymes with pretzel!

A quetzel's tail is... long and flowing.
What sound does U it make in the word 'umbrella'?

We practiced sorting.
Ask me how I sorted the objects.

 We drew a giraffe together.
Here is the start of our work.
Ask me to point to the U.
What sound does it make in the word 'under'?
How many small fish can you find?
How many big fish are there?
 How many small fish?
How many big fish?

Thanks,
Miss Anderson
