Today we read a poem about poppies and talked about what peace means.
Ask me what letter we searched for in the poem (P!)

We practiced AB patterns.

Kalvin discovered that blue and yellow make green! Way to go, Kalvin.

During centers, many students were exploring letters.

In gym we learned a new game: Crows and Cranes.

Ask me what a crow is.

Ask me what a crane is.

We read a book about colour.

Ask me how Marisol made her sky colour.
(She mixed other colours together)

Thanks,
Ms. Anderson
