On Friday, November 7 at 10:40 our school will be holding a Remembrance Day service.
Each morning this week, we will be
for our CanadianVeterans' &
(nickels, dimes, quarters and loonies).
Poppies will be distributed to students prior to the Assembly
Families are welcome to join us in Friday's ceremony.
Today Ms. Anderson brought in a rotten tomato and it reminded us of our pumpkin!
Ask me what the white stuff is (mould).
We read the book...
Ask me what the trucks were working with (an airplane!)
We sang a song about number 2 and searched the room for groups of 2.
Ask me if I remember the actions to our Poppy poem.
We learned a new game about numbers!
We finished our poppy art.
Everybody did a great job finger painting!
For gym, room 8 joined us in room 3 for Zumba and Yoga Pretzels!

Christmas Fundraiser
A catalog from Purdy's Chocolatier has been sent home with one of your children yesterday. This is an opportunity to purchase gifts for Christmas or other celebrations and at the same time support our VHS students. Please return by November 21st.
