Today we read about butterflies! 
Ask me what I learned. 

How many wings do butterflies have? 
How many legs... antennae... 

 One butterfly is see-through. 
What is the scientific word for see-through... transparent!

 Ask me to explain the life cycle of a butterfly.

What happens inside the chrysalis? 
...metamorphosis!

 What does the butterfly do after coming out of the chrysalis? 
Why does it rest? 

 What do butterflies eat...

 What animals are predators of butterflies?

 We finished number 10.

 We read about flies! 
Ask me what I learned.

How many legs on each side?

 What is special about their eyes...
..they are made up of lots of little eyes. 
We noticed a pattern in the picture on the left.

..they have sticky pads on their feet!
